Examining the perceptions of university students towards computer based nutrition course

This study aimed to explore student perception about computer-assisted nutrition lessons for teens. The sample group consisted of 47 third and fourth-year Home Economics students at Surindra Rajabhat University and they were obtained by purposive sampling. A set of questionnaires was used for data collection (Google form) and analysed by using frequency percentage mean standard deviation and t-test (Dependent). Findings showed that most of the respondents were female (72.3%) and fourth year students (51.1%). As a whole, the respondents had a high level of perception about computer-assisted nutrition lessons for teens ( = 4.07; S.D. = 0.56) Based on its details, perception about the adoption for teaching/learning facilitation was found at a highest level ( = 4.31; S.D. = 0.51), followed by media quality ( = 4.07; S.D. = 0.60) and content ( = 3.84; S.D. = 0.69). Also, there was statistically significance difference at 0.05 between third year and fourth year students in term of the application to teaching/learning facilitation.
